The Powers are a collection of telepathic abilities as a biological side effect from their contact with The Crystal after it dies during the drone making process leaving the trio with telekinesis.

- Telekinesis: The Crystal empowers humans with the ability to control and manipulate the movement of matter with their mind. At first, this power is limited to lightweight materials, such as baseballs and silverware, but with frequent exercise becomes strong enough to move heavier and heavier objects, such as automobiles and airplanes.
- Flight: Psionics can fly as a result of their telekinesis by moving themselves through the air.
- Force-Fields: Psionics can generate telekinetic barriers around themselves and others that can effectively shield them from any and all physical attacks as long as they are prepared for it.
- Molecular Combustion: Psionics that have grown significantly powerful have been known to perform telekinetic feats at a molecular level with a limited amount of precision. This allows them to atomize almost anything around them and subsequently cause massive explosions such as when Andrew Detmer unconsciously caused his hospital room to combust after his abusive father attempted to physically assault him while Andrew was asleep.
- Telepathy: Psionics have a telepathic connection to one another which allows them to psychically sense whenever one or more of them are under distress and/or using their powers to an excessive degree. Their connection to each other is so powerful that they can detect the exact location of where the other(s) are located and what the other(s) are feeling. This power was first shown after Andrew flew into night sky during a lightning storm to cry in solitude after being assaulted by his father. A few hours later, Steve Montgomery flew into the sky to console Andrew; instinctively knowing his exact location and that Andrew was in pain. Matt Garetty was also able to sense that Andrew was upset and causing mayhem across Seattle in spite of being miles outside of the city with his girlfriend.
